Personally I don't know anyone who fits this description, though I know dozens who look out for their neighbors, volunteer at food banks and homeless shelters, take good and loving care of my 99 year old dad, participate in local politics, vote to increase their own taxes, people I am happy to call my fellow citizens.

You might also want to comment on the legions of health care workers who sacrificed and risked to treat the sick.
