A few more.

Experiencing the real pleasure of eating when you are actually hungry. We often have food so readily at hand that habitual eating becomes the norm.

Gaining control over hunger. Once you have learned to ride through the habitual cues to eat and to deal with hunger pangs you aren't tied to the need to drop what you are doing to eat. Want to continue the four-hour drive home from the river and get back before dark? No need to look for a Subway or eat junk from the gas station, just push on through, you're used to doing this.

The tendency to cook more and have family dinners. You've already saved time from skipping breakfast, and had an energetic day without energy spikes and crashes, you've got something left in the tank to make a real meal and share it.
