All of that is just a repetition of obvious putin propaganda. Putin uses whatever rationale that comes to hand to excuse or justify his expansionist plans. As for the Mexico nonsense, we have no fear of a Mexican invasion and it makes no difference what weapons they have. Europe is NEVER going to invade Russia, putin knows this to be true, unfortunately he has allies in the west willing for some reason to spread his agit-prop, just as they did in '16 and '20.
