Apparently you don't remember that the vast majority of killing in Afghanistan was Afghani killing Afghani, and that the vast majority of killing in Iraq was Iraqi killing Iraqi...Bush was criminally incompetent in opening the lid on this Pandora's Box, Afghanis and Iraqis could have declined to wage war on each other.
