Baetis had amazing markings, never seen that kind of tiger striping. Everyone tells me that Mason, my 5 year old adopted cat is really big...he just looks like a cat to me with amazing teal green eyes. His brother, Finn the border collie has been able to spook him and run him around the house, but Mason is starting to realize he can just ignore Finn and relax.

I really like your take on the too short lives of our dogs and cats. Finn and Mason needed a home; I wouldn't have chosen either one of them but we're doing pretty well. Mason greets me at the door the way that Max and Bo used to, and Finn keeps close tabs on Mason. I already muse about my next dog...hopefully back to the Labs that I understand;)
