Can't really get an axiom from a theory. Einstein's theory predicts that the speed of light through space is a constant, so far nobody has proved him wrong. Some day somebody might, or show his theory to be incomplete the way that he showed Newton to be incomplete. That a mathematics can be developed to describe Einstein's theories IS a substantial support for them, but math is a human construct and does not necessarily describe reality
