China, Russia, Iran, and Saudi Arabia are entirely captured by illegitimate autocrats. They have neither exercise nor concept of rule of law and are all affronts to the unfortunate people who suffer under their rule. Will self determination ever come to these nations...Iran looks possible, the other three, not so much.
