C'mon, admit it, you're pissed at Sen. Manchin because he played you, your savior Sen. Sanders, and of course Mitch McConnell so thoroughly, and all at the same time. McConnell was holding the CHIPS bill hostage until Manchin's statement against the reconciliation bill convinced him that the blackmail had worked. Bare minutes after he released enough GOP senators on the CHIPS bill to pass it, Manchin gave him the bad news, he was going to vote for the reconciliation bill after all. It's known as politics and the author should study it some, given her desire to comment ON politics;)
