Didn't know that...I have monitored for a decade at least. My mom had a near fatal episode of congestive heart failure at my age (71) and having to cook for her in her recovery and visits I just adopted her new health regimen, low salt, monitoring BP, and of course my normal routine of eating whole and healthy foods;)
