Don't count the Ukrainians out yet. Russians are not necessarily with Putin, many are willing to risk nearly everything to protest. If Vlad's intention is world domination then he is insane, Russia is a corrupt economic backwater about the size of Mexico in GDP, as has been said, "a gas station with nukes". He does have those nukes, so he can destroy much in an act of self immolation, definitely a worry.
