Either the test is incorrectly stated or your answer is wrong. The colors on the cards may be unrelated to the state of being even or odd, may be randomly assigned, may be assigned according to some other rule. For your proof to be true the rules need to state that colors are allotted according to the even or odd status of the numbers;)
