From my carpentry days... a dining table is 30" high, a seat (chair, bench, seating surface) is 18" high, end table/bedside table around 24". Given the custom carved feet you may have already decided what this is;) I've been having great fun watching wood workers and "makers" on YouTube. Rex Krueger (Rex Figures it Out, Woodworking for Humans) is always entertaining and informative. I made the Low Roman work bench from one of his videos, was about to build the Nicholson style joiners bench when I stumbled over the Moravian style (YouTube video by Will Meyers) and altered it to my taste, mostly heavier lumber (4#6 with a couple of 2x4 and 2x6), I call it my carpenter hybrid Moravian. If you don't have a dedicated woodworking bench and ever want to build one I absolutely love mine, Cost a little over $100 which includes the screw for the leg vise, it's rock solid and yet comes apart in a minute or two in pieces I can carry, even with my busted old back.
