Fundamental misunderstanding of free speech rights. The First Amendment applies ONLY to the government, not to private enterprises or private people. Further, it applies ONLY to content, not to venue. You have the right to speak your mind, others have the right to deplore what you say and impose social sanctions in response. You do NOT have the right to speak your mind anywhere your choose. If you stand up in a church service or movie and speak your opposition to the ideas being presented the church or theater has the right to eject you from the premises. When you attend a city council meeting you can have your say, in the allotted time frame for public comment. If you exceed that time or speak abusively the sheriff can remove you from the chamber. You CAN find a soap box outside the council building and speak your mind, so long as you don't break laws against inciting violence and other proscribed speech.
