Fundamentally dishonest article. Most U.S. fossil fuels come from private holdings that are not under federal control, including those in Texas. Texas fails to provide sufficient energy because they have given over control of their grid to the monopolist energy industry who care more about their profits than they do about providing reliable service in a critical public utility.
