Hadn't kept up with the regulation of the aquifer, an example of how government can work for the common good. I think I do understand industrial farming and the potential dangers of vast monoculture, chemical dependence, and essentially dead "soils". Truly, everybody does have an agenda, and powerful commercial interests have powerful megaphones to broadcast their propaganda;)
