I doubt very much that politicians will take positions that cost them enough votes to lose, which is where the disinformation industry comes into play. Democratic politicians will take the positions and cast the votes that their voters demand…sadly the majority of voters have NO idea what votes their Reps and Senators make, what those votes mean, how those votes will affect their lives. In reality, the majority of Americans don’t even know what a Representative is or does, let alone know WHO their representative is.
