I have a serious sweet tooth and have cut these "foods" out of my diet...not hard since I live alone. I simply never buy them. I have added some dark chocolate back in on occasion, but I can't keep it in the house regularly either. Eating sugarless but processed carbs is the same as eating sugar, your body quickly converts them to glucose and you're in the same unhealthy place. Keep telling this truth. When I watched the news about the vaccine rollout I almost never saw an arm that wasn't doughy, and it takes a serious sugar/carb overload to get that much fat on your arms!
