I just have to disagree with this entire premise. Good health is the product of good habits, and good habits can be maintained through stress and distraction, they actually add satisfaction and pleasure to life. Now extreme results, the ripped musculature, highly defined six pack abs definitely need the degree of work and dedication that you describe, but these physical outcomes should NOT be confused with good health. Young people need to be forewarned, extreme fitness has its costs later in life. The extreme workouts and diets you undertake now to have that super body will eventually lead to worn out joints and physical disabilities. Good health has more to do with balance and sustainability than it does with photographability;)
