I know from both personal experience and science that every good deed IS rewarded and every bad deed punished. I feel better with every good deed, I am still tormented by bad deeds from a half century ago. This makes it a pretty easy call. As to Sisyphus, the trick is to choose the right boulder and the right mountain;)
