If you could ever write like that then you can again. Maybe even if you never could…Your current path is to publish every day, maybe multiple times a day, which is a job, pays your rent. Beautiful, lyrical writing takes time, takes revision, takes the ferment of bad drafts and time spent musing, for most of which you don’t have time. I don’t have to make a dime with my writing, I don’t ever publish a piece that I haven’t mulled over, punched up, thinned down. I don’t think you have that luxury. Maybe a piece or two, just for you until you really love it.
