It would be good to know if it were true. Both sexes can grow to love someone, and either sex is fooling themself if they expect a relationship to make them feel alive, and madly in love more than some of the time. My dad and his wife went through many phases, in their sixties and seventies they still carried on like kids at night when we were tenting in the back country. They also had real troubles, sorting his paperwork after he died I discovered a binder of notes and exercises from several marriage workshops they took. Here's a tip, if you want someone to be interested it helps to be interesting. And contrary to popular myth, couples who work together, for money or on personal projects or at church or for causes have a better chance at staying interesting to each other.
