Much of the American continent was said to have been stolen from native peoples, and yet many of those societies rejected the concept of owning the land. How do you steal something to which no one claims title? Most U.S. land titles go back in legal transfer for many generations. I have a feeling that you are discussing philosophies in which I have little interest. I have no problem with forcefully evicting tenants who refuse to live up to their legal obligations, violation of NAP or no. And in my mind market economies need no philosophical justification, they exist because they work, not because somebody constructed a convincing apology for them.
