No doubt that's why the Russians wipe Ukrainian cities off the map...to discourage civilians from staying in war zones. EVERY death, military and civilian, is the criminal responsibility of Russia, whose military presence in Ukraine is a war crime. In countries that respect rule of law the "getaway" driver in a bank robbery has equally liability to the person who pulls the trigger in the murder of the bank guard. Russia apologists share responsibility for every death from Russia's war crime invasion.
