No, that's what bookies do. BTW, if society "breaks down" your little refuge won't do you much good. Assuming you can hold on to it while desperate and rougher types come calling, all the rest of the technology on which you rely will break down with no hope of repair, simple infections will be deadly, and scratching a living from a small piece of ground is backbreaking work. Kudos though for dumping the beach house;)
