Nope Charles, no actual scientist believes that "humans may have come from outer space". As you point out there are plausible hypotheses that Earth's LIFE may have been originally seeded from outside the planet, but there are no such hypotheses for extraterrestrial origins for Homo Sapiens. Even if life on Earth had extraterrestrial origins that fact would just "kick the can down the road", given that developing self replicating molecules, cells, self replicating cells is the crucial and most interesting step. Is suspect you actually understand that difference and posted the misleading title of your piece to draw clicks, a sketchy practice at best...
