Given that she may well have been experiencing angina with exercise, a red flag for CVD, more information is necessary. When CVD is found LDL should probably be driven below 70, a level known to halt the progression of CVD, and if she can get it down to 50 or less there is much evidence that she can REVERSE this disease;)
