Not true. Stagnant pools of concentrated wealth do not necessarily create new wealth at the scale that distributed wealth does. Much concentrated wealth is channeled into ownership of existing enterprises, entitling the new owners to the profits of those enterprises, creating more concentration of wealth, more ownership, lather rinse and repeat. Distributed wealth funds smaller and often new enterprises, services, each of which is busily creating new wealth.
