One of many generalizations here that just isn't true. Older men as an age cohort are just as variable as any other and there are plenty of older men now who went through the second wave of feminism as learners and supporters. Some will never open a door for you, some will see women as second class citizens, and some will insist that you are or become a fully realized adult;)
