Prayers will, as usual, be worthless. Our nation needs a return to the Fairness Doctrine...not sure how to accomplish that given the private network of cable that delivers most of the "news", which is dominated by mis and dis information. Better schools with extensive civics and critical thinking curricula might help, but our youth vote, particularly those in college was a huge disappointment. In allowing trump back into office they painted a target on the backs of the Palestinians they hoped to protect. trump gave Netanyahu carte blanche to annex and oppress and he will do so again, and has vowed to sink the climate change action they claim to care about. I kind of expect the "poorly educated" to fall for trump's gaslighting, depressing in the extreme to see the highly educated so easily played.
