Probably not a good idea. Drink mostly water, add in tea and coffee, eat food. Any kind of manufactured drink likely has added sugars but more importantly, drinking blended food bypasses the natural digestive inputs of chewing, including the contributions that chewing and swallowing make to satiety (fullness).
