Sorry to disagree, but this is NOT a depressing message. If anything, it is a morning mantra...one day, and we don't know which one, will be the last time, and the most likely regret we will have, the one regret we can stave off from day to day, is failing to read a book, or hug a child, or rescue a dog, or write a poem when we had the chance;)
