That's not the future, that's the present in which BTC isn't even a "bit" player. You'll note that 'the government" had little trouble tracking down the BTC users taking advantage of its supposed "killer app" the ability to avoid detection of their ransom ware blackmail and the recovery of the illicit funds;)
