The easiest thing to do is to make sure that Repubs don't control both chambers of Congress and the Whitehouse. Given that the GOPs will crush all environmental progress, women's reproductive rights, LGBTQ rights, labor rights, voting rights, you would think that the incentives to vote and prevent this would be massive.
