The salient question is do YOU have any idea what putin is doing in Ukraine? "Biden restarting the cold war"? In what way is putin's unprovoked attack of Ukraine not restarting the hot war? Given that there is NO plausible justification for putin to wage war on Ukraine, given that his chosen method of making war is state war criminality (not the occasion of troops breaking discipline) that intentionally kills, maims, and displaces as many civilians as possible. putin has removed himself from association with normal people and belongs at the end of a rope.

There's one actor here who is causing ALL the death and destruction, including any starvation in uninvolved countries, and that person is Russia's Little Hitler. How do YOU propose he be dealt with? Do you have any confidence that given possession of Ukraine he will be done brutalizing his neighbors?
