There is significant evidence to suggest that both meat and fish can create problems for brain health.

Fish, particularly apex predators like salmon and tuna are known to accumulate heavy metals like mercury and the saturated fat, found in nearly all meat, including chicken and pork is problematic for arterial health. Blood supply is critical to brain health;)
