This is the real hard stuff Ryan...I'm with you there in spirit. My Dad lasted almost through his nineties, but the end was similar, the loss of control in so many ways, and for me, the battle with my own negative thoughts.

Be kind to yourself if this is part of your experience...I struggled and finally got some counseling, which really helped. He is fortunate to have you and your kids in his life!
