Trying to diagnose a person you do not know, from a distance, based on carefully selected video clips, is ignorant at best. Make no mistake, the propagandists pushing this narrative have no interest in the truth and are acting out of political expediency and most probably personal animus. The obvious comparison to trump is the most salient right now. trump may be "alert", in an agitated and incoherent way, his words and actions show little connection with reality. He still seems to believe that he "won by a landslide" and that his "victory was stolen from him".

Why is this an important comparison? President Biden's actions in office have moved his policy goals forward with alacrity, none of the constant trump fumble, the constant trump incompetence with which he stepped on his message or took inflammatory and impulsive actions that immediately backfired.
