Rep Richmond has a 97% favorable rating from the League of Conservation Voters, the highest rating any of La's 4 GOP Reps gets is 3%. Rep Richmond's district sits in a hot spot of chemical industry and air pollution, air that is strongly suspected to have caused cancer among his constituents.

Fossil fuels are the key component to causing global warming, they also put food on every table, heating and cooling in every structure, transportation to every job.
