In any cast NOBODY was staging or proposing to stage nukes in Ukraine, in fact Russia was required by treaty to respect EVERY inch of Ukraine's territory in return for Ukraine surrendering their nukes TO Russia...shows you just how worthless a putin promise is. Many warned Ukraine not to do this, that Russia's promises to respect and even defend a non-nuclear Ukraine were lies, which turned out to be prophetic.
