What you "don't believe" doesn't seem to square up with the facts. Were putin not determined "to conquer the whole of Ukraine" and intended merely to protect the people of Eastern Ukraine, then of course he would merely have invaded eastern Ukraine and secured that area. What he DID, on the other hand was to make a massive assault on Kiev, on the Black Sea coast, on the land corridor to his already illegally annexed Crimea land and of course to Odessa, landlocking Ukraine and strangling their economy.

There is ONLY one fascist state in this conflict, putin controls it from Moscow and obviously intends on expanding its fascist rule over the entirety of Ukraine.
