While I like your enthusiasm your thesis is riddled with false constructions. I would challenge you to more carefully define your terms before proposing thought experiments. I doubt that “capitalism” actually is a belief system, or an economic system to be accepted or rejected, any more than socialism or communism are economic or belief systems. The world’s economies, both national and global are far too complex to be confined in or defined by these terms. As others below have observed, economies/states exist on a complicated continuum between more or less redistributive policies, regulatory policies, and capital formation policies. None are purely capitalist, socialist or communist, and to say that you “believe” in any one of these hazy ideological constructs is to say that you have yet to study economics or political “science” with much rigor.
