While the rage is entirely justified this seems like a recipe for self harm. I think of my sister who was clearly on "the spectrum" in an era before the spectrum existed. Anne was highly intelligent, prodigiously talented, and socially clueless. Add to that her extremely poor vision which caused her to identify people by sound (never looking them in the eye) and she spent her life as the weird kid, constantly teased and bullied, and often consumed by well justified rage. As you point out, for women anger is not socially tolerated, and Anne usually managed to hide her rage, but occasionally she would explode, and as one of her very few confidantes, I was always aware of it.

I don't know exactly what to do with justified rage but I am fairly certain that it mostly harms the person who feels it...I know it harmed my sister. I have had a small taste of the injustice of social judgements, have my own rage about them which for years I turned inward, much like Anne did. I wish the best for you, including some peace and the knowledge at heart that you are so much more than the injustices done to you.
