Why don't you show me a news report that shows Mariupol standing intact? There is NO possible excuse or justification for firing a SINGLE shell or missile into this or any other Ukrainian city, as you would know if you had intact ethics, morals, or perhaps weren't working to spread Russian propaganda...and why would you choose to do THAT? BTW, these are the weakest possible excuses for news stories that would revise the monstrous Russian narrative.
