Word salad. Harm is easily determined outside of moral structures. If you punch my nose, my nose is objectively harmed, regardless if you are or are not justified in the punch. Ahh, justification you cry, morality! Nope, I have the legal right to be secure in my person from assault, just as you have the legal right to defend yourself against assault. No moral judgements needed to assess our relative legal rights, can do that with objective legal precedent.
