You can repeat this assertion all you want, still doesn't make it persuasive. If tax revenues were used solely to "decrease the debt" that would be one thing, seems to me though that the revenues are used to pay for government spending. Why would the government take the payroll SS receipts from worker's paychecks into a Treasury account and NOT cut SS checks from those accounts?
