You can see my two guys in my avatar picture. Max, the chocolate, left us three years ago, at home thank goodness and with Bo and I lying next to him. Max was 14 when he died and I adopted Bo (18 months) when Max was 10. Don't think I would have done anything differently, Bo was a huge comfort to me in the weeks after Max died and I have told him, now that he is almost 9 that he is getting a sibling in the next couple of years. Hard to contemplate a dogless home.
