You think the ACA was a scaled up Romneycare? You should try to understand the subjects on which you are trying to comment. One part of the ACA, the Marketplace, uses similar mechanisms to the Mass. system, but then the Marketplace is only a small portion of the ACA. The only part of the Mass. plan that came from the Heritage Foundation was the mandate to buy insurance or pay a penalty, which mandate is no longer a feature of the ACA. You can make up "history" to try to support your opinion...not particularly honest.
